(Makes 4-5 loafs/patties)
2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup cold water
1 stick unsalted butter
Melt butter to soft. Mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Roll into 4-5 balls and flatten each into a patty on ungreased cookie sheet. Prick generously with a fork.
Bake at 425° for 7-10 minutes. (Watch closely, will turn brown/burn quickly.)
